At Pathway Football Academy we aim to provide high-quality football coaching in a safe, enjoyable environment. This refund policy explains how payments and refunds are handled.

Booking and Payments

All sessions, courses, and programmes must be paid for in advance through our approved payment methods listed on the website. A booking is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

Refunds

Payments for sessions, camps, or programmes are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed.

Refunds may only be considered in the following circumstances:

  • If a programme or session is cancelled by Pathway Football Academy and cannot be rescheduled.

  • In exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Pathway Football Academy management.

Missed Sessions

If a participant misses a session due to illness, holidays, or other personal commitments, refunds or credits will not normally be issued.

Where possible, we may offer an alternative session if spaces are available, but this cannot be guaranteed.

Session Cancellations

Occasionally sessions may need to be cancelled due to factors outside of our control such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Facility closures

  • Coach illness

Where possible, a replacement session will be arranged. If a replacement session cannot be provided, a credit or partial refund may be offered.

Medical Circumstances

If a participant is unable to continue attending sessions due to a long-term injury or medical condition, please contact us. Refunds or credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Changes to Bookings

Requests to transfer bookings to another programme, course, or participant may be considered depending on availability and must be agreed in advance.
